- Customer service and technical support at hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of biomedical equipment.
- Coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Preparing service reports and documentation.
- Ensuring timely response and customer satisfaction.
- Providing operational guidance and basic training to users.
