Key Responsibilities
- Security Operations: Develop, implement, and monitor security protocols for commercial complexes, gated communities, and residential towers.
- Surveillance & Monitoring: Oversee CCTV systems, access control, and perimeter security to prevent unauthorised entry and incidents.
- Risk Management: Conduct threat assessments, vulnerability analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Incident Response: Lead emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and crisis management during security breaches or natural disasters.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel; instil discipline and professional conduct.
- Vendor & Liaison: Coordinate with facility managers, law enforcement agencies, and external security vendors.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, fire safety regulations, and occupational health & safety standards.
- Reporting: Maintain incident logs, prepare MIS reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Ex-Army professional with a minimum of 16–25 years of service and a proven leadership record.
- Experience in managing security operations for commercial or residential properties preferred.
- Strong knowledge of physical security systems, access control, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calm and authority.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
