We are hiring Telecallers and HR Recruiters for our team. Candidates should have good communication skills in Tamil and basic English, confidence in speaking, and basic computer knowledge. The Telecaller role involves making outbound calls, explaining job opportunities/services, handling queries, maintaining call records, and generating candidate leads. The HR Recruiter role includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting telephonic interviews, coordinating interview schedules, following up with candidates, and maintaining recruitment data. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
