Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical and application support to customers
- Analyze, write, and optimize SQL queries for data validation, reports, and issue resolution
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application and database-related issues
- Monitor system performance and ensure application uptime
- Log, track, and manage support tickets within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with Development and QA teams for issue escalation and fixes
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-deployment activities
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, root causes, and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide timely updates and solutions
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in SQL
- Strong understanding of databases and application support processes
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
