Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointments, coordinate schedules, and ensure proper allocation of resources to optimize patient flow.
Communication: Provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the customers and appropriate staff member
Registration: Ensure accurate customer registration and assist with the completion of necessary forms and paperwork.
Billing and Payments: Process payments, verify information, and assist with billing related inquiries.
Customer Feedback: Actively engage in feedback collection, testimonials and google reviews
Maintain Reception Area: Keep the reception area organized, and well stocked with necessary materials.
Records: Maintain and update customer records in compliance with privacy regulations.
Assist Staff: Provide administrative support to clinic staff as needed
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
