Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling initial customer interactions, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a smooth lead conversion process. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits to drive sales closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads generated through various marketing channels (digital, walk-ins, referrals, etc.).
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project information.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and conversion.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams for lead management.
- Maintain call quality and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
