About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video content and visually compelling graphic designs for digital marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and advertising initiatives. This role requires strong storytelling skills, advanced editing expertise, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Senior-level editors are typically expected to lead post-production workflows, maintain quality standards, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, promotional campaigns, and corporate communications.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, transitions, titles, and visual effects.
- Design marketing materials including social media creatives, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and digital advertisements.
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio enhancement, and sound design.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and clients to execute creative projects.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual and video content.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design techniques, AI tools, and video production technologies.
- Mentor junior editors and designers, review creative output, and maintain production quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and typography.
- Experience with color grading and audio editing.
- Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform-specific requirements.
- Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar creative tools.
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency or media production environment.
- Photography, videography, or content creation experience is a plus.
