Job Description
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for generating bookings and maintaining relationships with guests, corporate clients, and travel partners for Rosa Stays properties. The role focuses on increasing occupancy, handling guest requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a personalized and premium guest experience aligned with the brand’s boutique hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop corporate and travel agent tie-ups to generate bookings.
- Handle guest inquiries, group bookings, and special stay requests.
- Follow up with past guests for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and housekeeping teams.
- Conduct client calls, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations promptly.
- Maintain CRM records, booking reports, and client database.
Requirements
- Graduate (MBA/Hospitality preferred).
- 2–5 years experience in hotel sales, reservations, or guest relations.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality bookings/OTA platforms preferred.
- Target-oriented and customer-service focused.
- Basic MS Office and email communication skills.
