THE ROLE

This is not a back-office or support role. You will be the front-facing growth driver of Tikona Capital — responsible for attracting, nurturing, and converting clients across our product portfolio, while building Tikona's digital presence and brand credibility.
You will work directly with the Founder & CIO. Every week, real output ships — content published, leads tracked, clients onboarded. If you want to learn how financial markets, wealth management, and institutional research work from the inside, this is the role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKETING & DIGITAL:
- Manage and grow Tikona Capital's LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence — 3–5 posts per week, consistent with brand voice
- Build and send weekly email newsletter to research platform subscribers and prospects (Mailchimp or similar)
- Create content from Founder's research notes — LinkedIn posts, email copy, social assets, podcast show notes
- Manage WhatsApp Business broadcast campaigns across 4 client segments
- Track and report weekly marketing metrics: follower growth, email open rates, leads generated, content reach
- Coordinate podcast production logistics for "Tikona Conversations" — guest outreach, scheduling, show notes, distribution
SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across four target segments: Young Wealth Builders (25–35), Corporate Leaders (35–50), Entrepreneurs (30–55), HNI & Family Offices (45+)
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect investment goals and match them to the right Tikona product
- Manage the full sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho / LeadSquared) — log leads, update statuses, schedule follow-ups
- Schedule and support discovery calls, prepare prospect briefs, send follow-up materials post-call
- Coordinate referral outreach — CA/CS/CFO professional partnerships, client referral program management
- Support Research Platform subscriber onboarding, trial-to-paid conversions, and renewal follow-ups
- Track weekly pipeline metrics: new leads, calls held, conversions, AUM added, subscriptions sold
OPERATIONS:
- Maintain the weekly execution dashboard — content calendar, leads tracker, KPI scorecard
- Manage inbound enquiries across LinkedIn DMs, email, and WhatsApp — respond to standard queries, escalate to Founder
- Coordinate event logistics — speaking engagements, webinars, client roundtables
- Apply SEBI compliance checklist before publishing any client-facing communication

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVE:
- Strong written and verbal English — you can write a professional paragraph without three rounds of editing
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and wealth management — you read Mint/ET and understand how mutual funds work
- Organised and self-driven — you maintain task lists, follow up without being reminded, and update CRM the same day
- Comfortable with digital tools: Canva, Mailchimp (or similar), LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business
- A finisher — you complete tasks before moving to the next one. Drafts become published. Leads get followed up.
GOOD TO HAVE:
- Prior internship or work experience in financial services, wealth management, financial content, or B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Basic understanding of SEBI regulations, MF products, or equity research
- Has written a newsletter, blog, or content about markets (even personal Substack counts)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

- Fixed CTC: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 per annum
- Performance Variable: ₹80,000 – ₹1,80,000 per annum (linked to: AUM added, research subscriptions sold, leads converted, content milestones)
- Total CTC Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
- Variable is paid quarterly. Targets are transparent, realistic, and agreed upfront.
- High performers will see variable component grow significantly with business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

- Direct mentorship from a CFA + CA founder with deep equity research and wealth management experience

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

- Office: Mumbai-based preferred. Hybrid arrangement (2–3 days in office, rest flexible) available for right candidates.
- Remote: Fully remote considered for exceptional candidates based in other cities.
- Hours: 5 days a week. Outcome-focused — not clock-in/clock-out. Approximately 8–9 focused hours per day.
- Culture: Direct, merit-based, intellectually driven. You are judged by what ships, not by how long you sat at your desk.
- Team: Small, focused. You will work closely with the Founder and any interns or contractors. This is a high-trust, high-accountability environment.
