We are building a small, sharp creative production team. Portfolio, taste, speed, and problem-solving matter more than degrees.
We are looking for a Visual Designer & Storyboard Artist with strong Photoshop skills, great design taste, YouTube thumbnail experience, and the ability to create storyboards, style frames, visual concepts, and references.
This role is for someone who understands premium design, visual hierarchy, composition, thumbnails, and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Design YouTube thumbnails
- Create storyboards and shot boards
- Create moodboards, visual references, and style frames
- Create character/environment reference images
- Support AI video and Blender production with visual direction
- Design clean assets for videos and creative production
Requirements:
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
- Strong design taste
- YouTube thumbnail experience
- Storyboarding ability
- Ability to create style frames and visual concepts
- Understanding of composition, contrast, color, and visual hierarchy
- AI image generation experience is a plus
