Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-orientated telecaller to generate leads and schedule meetings with industries that operate ETP/STP plants. The candidate will contact potential customers, explain our Nanozyme Bioculture solutions, and support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to industries and factories.
- Introduce Bionics Enviro Tech's wastewater treatment solutions.
- Explain the benefits of Nanozyme Bioculture products.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead records in Excel or CRM.
- Follow up with existing and new prospects.
- Collect customer requirements and share them with the technical/sales team.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
