Key Responsibilities
- Promote skill development and vocational training programmes in schools, colleges, communities, and local institutions.
- Conduct outreach and awareness activities to generate student enquiries and admissions.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, NGOs, community leaders, corporates, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seminars, career counselling sessions, and promotional events.
- Visit assigned areas regularly to identify new opportunities for student mobilization.
- Coordinate with the counselling and training teams to ensure smooth admission and batch planning.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, visits, and admissions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance reports.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and community events.
- Achieve monthly admission and outreach targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gurugram and nearby areas.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, admissions, education, training, or field sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and marketing aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the skill development, education, vocational training, or NGO sector.
- Knowledge of government skill development programmes will be an added advantage.
