Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and drive sales growth across industrial, commercial, OEM, panel builder, contractor, and infrastructure segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with electrical contractors, panel builders, OEMs, industries, consultants, and project customers.
3. Promote BTC's range of electrical products including wires & cables, switchgear, cable management solutions, lighting products, terminal blocks, enclosures, and industrial accessories.
4. Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
5. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and convert inquiries into orders.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
7. Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.
8. Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, deliveries, and payment follow-ups.
9. Maintain daily visit reports and update customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
10. Expand BTC's presence in industrial areas, MIDCs, commercial projects, and infrastructure sectors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
