Experience
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience in the Instrumentation Department.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Distillery, Ethanol, Chemical, Sugar, or Process Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all instrumentation activities across the plant.
- Ensure smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems.
- Maintain and optimize PLC, DCS, SCADA, and automation systems.
- Plan and execute calibration of all process instruments in accordance with statutory and quality requirements.
- Monitor instrument performance and implement improvements to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Electrical, Mechanical, and Utility departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Lead instrumentation projects, system upgrades, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation, calibration records, maintenance reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Develop and mentor the instrumentation team to improve technical capabilities and operational performance.
- Manage annual maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial instrumentation, process control, and automation.
- Hands-on experience with PLC, DCS, SCADA, VFDs, transmitters, analyzers, control valves, and field instrumentation.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Good understanding of P&ID drawings, loop checking, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
