Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Professional to expand our customer base in the industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial machinery, Pharma, Chemical, Fertilizer, Agro, Food Processing, Packaging, and equipment markets.
- Generate leads through networking, market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals to clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for business promotion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering / Automobile Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering & BSc-Chemistry / MSc-Chemistry / B.E.
candidates preferred.
- 0–7 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in industrial machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial products, machines, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business meetings.Key Competencies:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
