About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic teachers for Mathematics, Science, and English at our school in Kalyan, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, comfortable handling multiple subjects, and committed to student growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for assigned subjects (Mathematics, Science, and/or English)
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and class participation
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment
- Communicate student progress to parents and school management
- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed) or relevant subject (B.Sc, BA, etc.)
- Prior teaching experience preferred but freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome
- Clear communication skills in English and Marathi/Hindi
- Patient, responsible, and student-focused attitude
