Job Title: Machine Installation Coordinator
Machine Installations coordinator regarding preinstallation coordination, commissioning, post installation report, preventive maintenance, Warranty breakdown services, and customer support activities. The coordinator ensures timely deployment of service engineers, effective communication with customers, proper documentation, and seamless coordination between customers, the service team, sales, production, and stores departments.
- B.tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in installation coordination, service coordination, or after-sales support for industrial machinery.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
- Coordinate pre-installation activities, including site readiness, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Plan and monitor machine installation, commissioning, and successful project handover.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits and coordinate warranty breakdown service requests.
- Deploy service engineers based on project schedules and service priorities.
- Prepare and maintain installation, commissioning, and post-installation service reports.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding installation and after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Stores, and Service teams to ensure timely machine delivery, spare parts availability, and project completion.
- Track service activities, maintain service records, and ensure timely closure of customer requests.
- Support continuous improvement of installation and customer service processes.
