We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee the final phases of construction, testing, commissioning, and the subsequent long-term operations of our new hospitality property.
Initially, you will act as the owner’s representative on-site, working closely with contractors, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants, and project managers to ensure all installations meet top-tier hospitality standards. Upon completion, you will transition into full operational management, leading the engineering department, establishing a robust preventive maintenance program, and ensuring an exceptional, uninterrupted guest experience.
