Experience: 3–8 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work / Sociology / Labour Welfare or related field

Monitor labour welfare activities at site (wages, working conditions, facilities)

Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

Check availability of basic facilities like drinking water, sanitation, first aid, and accommodation

Handle worker grievances and ensure timely resolution

Support implementation of social safeguards and community-related activities

Ensure no child labour and proper safety practices at site

Maintain records of labour, attendance, and welfare measures

Coordinate with contractor, local authorities, and project team

Prepare reports on labour welfare and social compliance

Experience in infrastructure/road/highway projects

Knowledge of labour laws and social safeguard practices

Good communication and coordination skills
