Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Outbound Sales Representative (OSR) who is eager to start a career in B2B IT hardware sales. The trainee will be responsible for supporting the sales team by generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and promoting End User Devices such as laptops, desktops, and accessories. The role includes structured training on products, sales processes, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn about End User Devices including laptops, desktops, workstations, and peripherals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Identify potential customers such as corporates, SMBs, and institutions.
- Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand basic customer requirements and share them with the sales team.
- Schedule meetings or follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM systems.
- Assist the sales team in achieving overall business targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT products is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Qualification
- Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream).
- BBA / MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
