Back Office Executive – CRM Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
- Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, and approvals
- Track order status and update customers regularly
- Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service requests
- Email handling, professional mail drafting & follow-ups
- Record payment status and follow up with accounts if required
- Maintain proper documentation and records

Pay: ₹10,666.32 - ₹15,000.00 per month
