A Safety Trainer is responsible for educating employees on workplace safety practices, legal compliance, and emergency procedures to reduce accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety induction and orientation programs.
- Deliver training on workplace hazards and risk assessment.
- Teach the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Train employees on fire safety, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and refresher training sessions.
- Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and practical demonstrations.
- Keep training content updated with current safety regulations and industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
