We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our expanding marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of SEO best practices, in-depth keyword research, technical SEO, and content optimization strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for increasing organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and strengthening overall website visibility across search and AI-driven platforms. Strong technical expertise—particularly in managing and optimizing WordPress websites—is a key requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth keyword, search intent, and query research across traditional search engines, AI answer engines, and generative platforms using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for SEO (Search Engines), AEO (Answer Engines), and GEO (Generative Engines) to maximize visibility in both standard search results and AI-driven responses.
- Execute comprehensive on-page optimization, including meta tags, header structure, URL optimization, internal linking, schema markup, structured data, FAQs, and image optimization to improve search discoverability and answer accuracy.
- Develop and refine content tailored for featured snippets, “People Also Ask,” voice search, and AI-generated responses, emphasizing clear, intent-focused, and conversational content formats.
- Track and evaluate performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, while also monitoring presence and performance across AI and generative search platforms.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to detect and resolve crawling errors, indexing issues, page speed limitations, Core Web Vitals concerns, and broken links.
- Contribute to link-building and authority development initiatives, including outreach campaigns, guest blogging, brand mentions, and competitor backlink analysis to enhance credibility for both search engines and AI systems.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators such as keyword rankings, impressions, CTR, organic traffic, conversions, backlink quality, and AI search visibility trends.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO, AEO, and GEO best practices are seamlessly integrated across all digital properties.
- Stay informed about AI search advancements, algorithm updates, generative search patterns, and emerging industry best practices to ensure strategies evolve beyond traditional SEO approaches.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO (agency or in-house), with exposure to AEO and AI-driven search optimization considered a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, user intent, and the growing impact of AI and generative engines on search visibility.
- Practical experience with industry-standard tools, including:
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz (preferred)
- Screaming Frog or similar technical SEO audit tools
- Working knowledge of AI-powered search behavior, featured snippets, voice search optimization, and structured data implementation.
- Proficiency in WordPress and other CMS platforms, along with basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience in SEO-focused content writing, answer-based content creation, or content optimization is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex SEO challenges.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently while adapting to rapidly evolving AI and search trends.
