Technical Executive Engineer – Power Tools

Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Evaluation Engineer to evaluate, test, and benchmark AC & DC power tools. The role involves product teardown, performance testing, technical analysis, and providing recommendations to improve product quality, durability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and benchmark AC & DC power tools against brands like Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Ingco, and Total.
- Perform product teardown and analyze motors, gearboxes, bearings, switches, controllers, batteries, chargers, and other internal components.
- Conduct performance and reliability testing (Torque, RPM, Power Output, Runtime, Temperature, Vibration, Noise, and Endurance).
- Prepare technical evaluation reports and recommend product improvements.
- Support product development, sourcing, and quality teams with technical inputs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to resolve product quality and field issues.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in power tools, product testing, technical evaluation, or R&D.
- Strong knowledge of Universal Motors, BLDC Motors, Gear Systems, Bearings, Lithium-ion Battery Packs, BMS, Chargers, Controllers, and Switches.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills.
· Candidates with a technical background in Mechanical related engineering disciplines will be given preference.
· Prior experience in the power tools, machinery, industrial equipment, or manufacturing industry will be an extra advantage.
· Hands-on experience with machine components, product testing, and technical evaluation is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
