You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing sales leads through our CRM, engaging prospects via WhatsApp Business API, and converting inbound/outbound leads into sales. Key Responsibilities Outbound & Inbound Sales: Make high-volume outbound calls using an IVR auto-dialer system to pitch our products/services to potential customers. Lead & Pipeline Management: Track, nurture, and regularly follow up with assigned leads to drive sales conversions. CRM Operations: Update and maintain accurate lead statuses, customer interactions, call logs, and deal stages in the CRM system. Omnichannel Communication: Use WhatsApp Business API tools for automated follow-ups, sharing promotional materials, proposals, and resolving client queries. Sales Conversions: Understand customer needs, handle objections effectively, explain value propositions, and close sales deals. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets, lead conversion rates, and monthly revenue metrics. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telesales, Inside Sales, or BPO Outbound calling. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge/hands-on experience with CRM software, IVR dialers, and WhatsApp API tools. Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Hindi (Fluency in basic English is a plus). Sales Acumen: Persuasive telephone etiquette, quick objection-handling, and a target-oriented mindset. Locality: Candidates based in or ready to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
