Job Summary
M/S Dalal Gruh & Infra Projects is seeking a dedicated, proactive, and dynamic HR Manager to support and manage the Human Resources function across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various positions.
- Coordinate candidate sourcing, interviews, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a professional manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
- Support employee welfare initiatives and retention programs.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes across departments.
- Maintain appraisal records and generate reports for management review.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate timely submission of statutory returns related to PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external consultants and government authorities when required.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave management systems.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team/vendor.
- Ensure accuracy of employee data affecting payroll processing.
Manpower Planning
- Work closely with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Support workforce planning and shift management activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in the hospitality, service, real estate, or infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting To
Management / Director
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
