We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and articulate Customer Relations Executive to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, serving as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day will involve a mix of relationship building, client management, and cross-functional collaboration:
Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property portfolios.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective buyers, existing clients, and property developers.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up diligently with leads generated through marketing campaigns. Schedule and coordinate property site visits for the sales team.
Customer Support: Address and resolve client queries, concerns, or grievances regarding property details, pricing, documentation, and possession timelines with empathy and professionalism.
After-Sales Service: Assist clients through the post-booking process, including documentation, payment reminders, and smooth handovers.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, feedback, and lead statuses in our CRM software.
Requirements & Qualifications:
We are looking for an individual who thrives in a people-centric environment.
Education: BBA/Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Freshers, 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, or Front Desk roles (Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Luxury Retail is a major plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Multi-lingual capabilities are highly preferred.
Interpersonal Skills: A warm, empathetic, and persuasive personality with the ability to handle high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) with poise.
Problem-Solving: Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm demeanor under pressure.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
