Lead Generation Specialist
Location: Bangalore | Office Experience: 2–4 years Type: Full-time
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to generate qualified sales leads through cold email outreach.
You will own the complete outbound process , prospecting, list building, email infrastructure, campaign creation, outreach, follow-ups, lead qualification and sales handoff.
This is a performance-driven role. Your success will be measured by qualified leads and sales opportunities generated, not simply emails sent.
Key Responsibilities
● Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay and similar tools.
● Identify decision-makers and relevant businesses across Australia.
● Set up and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly, Smartlead or similar platforms.
● Manage domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and email deliverability.
● Write and optimise personalised cold email sequences and follow-ups.
● Run A/B tests across audiences, messaging, offers and CTAs.
● Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimise response and conversion rates.
● Manage replies and identify interested prospects.
● Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
● Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in the CRM.
● Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
Ideal Candidate
● 2–4 years of hands-on B2B cold email/outbound experience.
● Proven experience using Instantly, Smartlead or similar platforms.
● Strong knowledge of email deliverability.
● Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and/or Clay.
● Strong cold email copywriting skills.
● Experience generating qualified meetings through outbound.
● Excellent written English.
● Data-driven and commercially focused.
● Experience targeting Australia, UK or US markets is highly desirable.
● Digital marketing/SEO industry experience is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
