- Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely sourcing.
- Collaborate closely with designers and merchandisers to understand design specifications and timelines.
- Allocate and supervise production tasks across in-house and outsourced teams.
- Ensure quality control at every stage of the production process.
- Plan production schedules to meet order deadlines efficiently.
- Resolve any production-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, or labour shortages.
- Maintain production reports, tracking progress and flagging issues proactively.
- Liaise with vendors, artisans, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience in production management within the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of fabric, surface ornamentation techniques (embroidery, dyeing, etc.), and garment construction.
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic production management tools.
- An educational background in Fashion Technology or Production Management is preferred.
