Position Executive Assistant to Managing Director
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the founder and senior leadership team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Ensure effective communication across the organization by managing emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
- Plan and execute special events and projects as needed, including meetings, conferences, and company-wide initiatives.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making by the founder and senior leadership team.
- Manage various projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Support the hiring process by managing job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
