- Building strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Demonstrating product knowledge and explaining fabric, weaving, and craftsmanship
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to store performance
- Maintaining attractive product displays and showroom presentation
- Ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable shopping experience
