We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, particularly React, along with solid backend development experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, responsive, and performance-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI (MUI)
- Implement efficient state management using Redux or Zustand
- Develop reusable and maintainable UI components following best practices
- Design and develop robust backend services and RESTful APIs
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards
- Create and maintain unit tests using Jest
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
Required Skills
Frontend
- Strong proficiency in React.js
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong experience with TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with Redux or Zustand for state management
- Experience with Material UI (MUI) or similar component libraries
- Unit testing experience using Jest
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design
Backend
- Solid backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, .NET, Java, or similar frameworks
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of API integration and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Git and modern version control practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
