Requirements
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with prospective clients.
Sales & Client Engagement: Strong interest in sales, lead generation, and relationship-building activities.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle client discussions confidently and convert opportunities into business.
Follow-Up Management: Strong organizational skills to maintain client interactions and follow-up schedules effectively.
Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain company services and identify client requirements.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and institutions.
- Coordinate with CRM and technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Support business growth through proactive sales and client engagement efforts.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
Compensation
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month based on communication skills, sales experience, and interview performance. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and may be negotiated in the final round.
