Role Overview
We are looking for an ERP Support Executive to manage and support our CSP ERP system from our Head Office in Malad, Mumbai. The role will provide functional and technical ERP support, troubleshoot day-to-day issues, coordinate with the ERP vendor, manage master data, support report development, and ensure smooth ERP operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-level ERP support across Purchase, Stores, Inventory, Sales, Finance, Production and HR.
· Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day CSP ERP issues.
· Coordinate with ERP vendor for bug fixes, enhancements and upgrades.
· Manage ERP master data and user access.
· Support UAT, data migration and report generation.
· Develop basic SQL queries and ERP reports.
· Train users and prepare SOPs/documentation.
· Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements.
Candidate Profile-
Criteria
Requirement
Education -Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Commerce or related field
Experience- Minimum 5 years in ERP Functional/Technical Support
ERP - CSP ERP preferred or similar Manufacturing ERP
Technical Skills - SQL, ERP Configuration, UAT, Master Data, Report Development
Industry - Manufacturing/Chemical/Trading preferred
Joining -Immediate Joiners Preferred
Working Day -6 Days (Alternate Saturday Off)
