- Handle retail showroom walk-ins and online enquiries, converting them into sales
- Generate and close B2B leads from hospitality clients (hotels, resorts) and interior designers
- Guide customers in detail on the product range — curtains, bedcovers, upholstery fabric, blinds, wallpapers, rugs, mattresses
- Share product catalogues, samples, and quotations with customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM or sales register
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
- Track competitor products and market trends
- Support showroom merchandising and product display
- Assist with payment collection and order coordination
