Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable apparel and accessories.
- Explain product features, sizing, pricing, and available promotions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Assist with merchandising and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Support billing, stock handling, and other daily store operations when required.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of retail or sales experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Interest in fashion and retail sales.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
