Job Summary
The Auditing Executive will be responsible for conducting operational, financial, and compliance audits across multiple branches. The role involves identifying discrepancies, ensuring adherence to company policies, monitoring inventory controls, and providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of branch operations, cash handling, inventory, and financial records.
- Verify daily sales reports, cash collections, and banking transactions.
- Review stock movements, wastage reports, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Identify operational gaps, risks, and instances of non-compliance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on audit observations.
- Conduct surprise audits and spot checks across branches.
- Collaborate with Operations, Accounts, and Store teams to improve processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing audit procedures and controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in auditing, accounts, finance, or retail operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and audit reporting.
- Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
- Ability to travel frequently between branches.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
