Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary
We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Associate to manage student inquiries, generate admissions, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students and explain course details
- Handle lead follow-ups through calls and messages
- Convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
- Update CRM and maintain accurate reports
- Coordinate with marketing and academic departments
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills
- Sales or EdTech experience is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Good customer handling ability
