Industry: Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Water, Transportation, & Environmental ConsultingJob PurposeWe are seeking an aggressive and techno-commercial Business Development Manager to drive business growth. You will identify new project opportunities, manage client relationships, and lead the entire tendering/bidding process for government and private sector infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities
- Market Intelligence: Track upcoming public and private sector projects, tenders, and expressions of interest (EOIs).
- Tendering & Bidding: Lead the end-to-end preparation of techno-commercial proposals, RFPs, and RFQs.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain active relationships with government bodies, municipal corporations, and private developers.
- Joint Ventures: Identify and coordinate with potential consortium partners or sub-consultants for joint bidding.
- Presentation & Pitching: Deliver high-impact corporate presentations to prospective clients showcasing company capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / Environmental ) AND an MBA in Marketing or Project Management (Preferred).
- Industry Experience: Minimum 4+ years of core BD experience strictly within Engineering Consulting or Infrastructure sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian bidding systems, e-procurement portals, and contract clauses.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, corporate presentation, and English communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
