We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Purchase Manager to lead our IT procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing technology assets—including hardware, software licenses, cloud services, and IT consulting. You will work closely with IT leadership, finance, and legal teams to ensure cost efficiency, vendor compliance, and seamless technology delivery aligned with our organization’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes (RFP, RFQ, RFI) for enterprise hardware, software, network infrastructure, and IT services.
- Develop and execute IT sourcing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining high quality and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and contract terms.
- Build, maintain, and evaluate strong supplier relationships to secure competitive pricing and reliable support.
- Perform regular performance reviews and audits of key IT vendors against agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.
- Resolve vendor disputes, service disruptions, and contract breach issues effectively.
- Collaborate with IT and compliance teams to monitor software licensing (SaaS, On-Prem, Enterprise Agreements like Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, etc.).
- Partner with Finance and IT leadership to manage the annual IT procurement budget (CAPEX and OPEX).
- Proven track record of negotiating high-value enterprise technology agreements and cost reductions.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
