Job Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our online marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, running digital campaigns, improving website visibility, generating leads, and helping grow the company's online presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage social media pages and engage with followers when required.
- Help increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
SEO & Website Management
- Perform basic SEO activities to improve website rankings on search engines.
- Update website content, images, blogs, and company information.
- Monitor website performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist in keyword research and content optimization.
Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Support online advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Generate leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Help increase website traffic, inquiries, and conversions.
Content Creation
- Write social media captions, promotional content, blogs, and marketing messages.
- Coordinate with designers for creating social media posts, banners, and marketing materials.
- Ensure content is aligned with the company's branding and marketing goals.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track the performance of digital marketing activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvement strategies.
- Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, leads, and website traffic.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or Online Advertising.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Lead Generation.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
