Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with proven experience in end-to-end sales within the US market. The ideal candidate must have successfully sold services such as BPO Services, SaaS Solutions, IT Services, and Accounting/Finance Outsourcing Services.
This role demands a proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives under pressure, is comfortable engaging CXO-level stakeholders, and is not hesitant to perform outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales cycle management: prospecting lead qualification discovery solution presentation negotiation closure handover.

Execute strategic US market prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking.

Build and maintain relationships with CXO-level decision-makers (CFO, and relevant title).

Identify new business opportunities in BPO, Engineering back office and Accounting Services domains.

Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives.

Manage contract negotiations and pricing discussions.

Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless transition post-sales.

Maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
