The Procurement Executive is a fulltime, on-site/hybrid role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing cycle, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies with vendors, and maintain accurate procurement records and reports The role involves collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand technology and operational needs, negotiating pricing and terms with vendors, and supporting cost optimization while maintaining quality standards. The Procurement Executive will also assist with vendor evaluation, contract compliance, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Qualifications;
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management to handle end-to-end procurement activities efficiently
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, and to maintain accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using procurement or ERP software, MS Excel, and basic reporting tools to manage data and track orders.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in technology or hospitality sectors, is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in business, commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment are important.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
