Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Mechanical, or related discipline)
Experience: 1+ years in Stores, Inventory, or Inward Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Prepare and process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately and within the prescribed timeline.
- Inspect received materials for quantity, quality, and any visible damage, and coordinate with the Quality team for inspections where required.
- Maintain accurate records of inward materials in the ERP system (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX or equivalent).
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse, Production, and Quality departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of received materials.
- Track and report discrepancies related to quantity, quality, documentation, or damaged materials to the concerned departments.
- Organize and maintain inward documents, including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and GRNs, for audit and compliance purposes.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and support periodic stock verification activities.
- Follow company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and 5S practices to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
