Requirement - Sr. & Jr. Export Documentation Executive

Job description:
An Export Documentation Executive ensures smooth international shipments by managing compliance, preparing key trade documents (e.g., Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading), and coordinating with stakeholders like freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents including Certificates of Origin, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and shipping instructions.
- Customs & Compliance: Ensure all exports strictly adhere to international trade regulations, customs rules, and specific INCOTERMS. Update documentation files on platforms like ICEGATE and handle banking and remittance documents (e.g., Letters of Credit).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with shipping lines, Customs House Agents (CHA), and freight forwarders to facilitate customs clearances, timely stuffing, and loading confirmations.
- Tracking & Reporting: Track consignments from origin to final destination, and update internal systems. Draft daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and ensure customers are notified of original shipping documents.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in export-import procedures and international logistics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized export documentation or ERP software. Familiarity with EDI documentation and DGFT guidelines is highly valued.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to resolve discrepancies and answer client queries.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
