Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or power transmission industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering, project, and corporate roles.
- Handle onboarding, HR operations, attendance, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and HRMIS reporting.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training programs.
Preferred Industry: Transmission, Substation, HT/LT Panel Manufacturing, Electrical EPC, Power Infrastructure, Renewable Energy.
