Job Description
L L Properties is hiring an energetic, motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to handle the sales of Residential Apartments and Plots.
The ideal candidate should have good communication, customer-handling and negotiation skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, conducting site visits and successfully closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage customer leads.
- Promote and sell residential apartments and plots.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing and property benefits to customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential buyers.
- Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with interested customers until sales closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business and marketing opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Experience in selling apartments or residential plots is an added advantage.
- Good Tamil communication skills are required.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel to project locations and attend customer site visits.
