Job Summary
Hair O Craft is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will assist doctors during hair transplant and aesthetic procedures, ensure excellent patient care, maintain clinical hygiene standards, and support smooth day-to-day clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors during hair transplant, PRP, GFC, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-procedure nursing care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition before, during, and after treatments.
- Prepare and maintain OT/procedure room according to infection control protocols.
- Sterilize instruments and ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained.
- Administer medications, dressings, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients on pre-procedure and post-procedure care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic clinical environment.
- Coordinate with doctors, patient coordinators, and other staff for seamless patient care.
- Follow clinic protocols, quality standards, and nursing ethics at all times.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM Nursing.
- Valid Kerala Nursing Council registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in OT, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Clinics, or Hair Transplant Clinics will be an added advantage.
