Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator.
Ordering to suppliers is the heartbeat of this position. From raising orders at the right time, to tracking every step until the goods are fabricated, quality checked, and installed on-site – you will ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the one who knows exactly where each order stands, at a given hour.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the complete order cycle: closure → payments → supplier order → delivery to fabrication unit → fabrication process → QC → dispatch → site installation.
* Working closely with suppliers to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries, and quality compliance.
* Tracking supplier performance and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
* Maintaining real-time status reports, ready to update management instantly when questioned.
* Coordinating between Project Manager, Sales, Purchase, Fabrication Unit, Logistics, and Site Incharges (in-house & client-side).
* Ensuring installation teams are aligned for flawless project execution.
Required Skills:
* 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination (windows/facade background preferred).
* Strong understanding of supplier management and order flow.
* Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
* A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on accountability.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
