Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels using ERP/WMS systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical stock audits.
Track near-expiry, damaged, and slow-moving goods and coordinate necessary action.
Goods Receipt & Dispatch
- Oversee inbound activities: unloading, verification, GRN creation, and proper stacking.
- Manage outbound processes: picking, packing, scanning, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics for transportation, delivery schedules, and route planning.
Verify documentation: invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, etc.
People & Process Management
- Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and helpers.
- Train team members on SOPs, safety standards, and handling procedures.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally in FMCG.
- Certification in logistics or warehouse management is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
